Office Manager

This position requires a variety of clerical tasks. Experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Excel and Word. Tasks include but are not limited to: basic data entry, receptionist phone line, office supplies, unit registrations, entering credit card charges as well as simple journal entries. Counting down cash drawers is a part of closing the store daily, previous experience with handling money is a plus.

The ideal candidate for this full-time position should be honest and friendly, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can organize their work using tools such as Excel. Successful Admin. Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. 

There is room for advancement from this position into other areas of our company!

Technician / Mechanic

Full time small engine technician/ mechanic must have experience in small engine repair.

Hourly pay with bonus incentives (for performance) award the best mechanics with really great pay!

Bonuses are very achievable. You will not have to leave your station:
1. Parts will be delivered to you
2. Blades/chains are sharpened for you
3. Your jobs are lined up for you
4. Any work you are asked to do that is not related to a repair is not counted against your efficiency

Service/Parts Counterperson

The Service/Parts Counterperson will work directly with the parts department and service department and is responsible for learning all aspects of the parts department.  Duties include answering phones, looking up parts for customers, filling and placing orders, shipping and receiving parts, stocking and running parts to mechanics.  This position will assist in organizing parts for maximum efficiency, inventory prep. & inventory counts along with minimizing shrink as well.
Customer service, organization, computer skills, and time management attributes are required.  You must be very detail oriented and have a real desire to help people.
People skills, a professional attitude/appearance and the ability to multi-task are all crucial!

Service Writer

The Service Writer is responsible for writing detailed repair orders (RO) for customers by listing concerns, problems, describing symptoms, and selling service packages. Within those duties you'll be expected to prepare estimates, communicate RO progress with customers, and work with the service team to meet customer's expectations.

 Wholegood Assembler / Quality Control

The Wholegood Assembler is responsible for assembling and correctly setting up wholegoods (variety of types of lawn mowers, plows, trimmers, blowers & chainsaws).    Should be mechanically inclined.

Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator is a fast-paced position requiring strong time management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities. Service Coordinators are responsible for the flow of the service department.  You’ll be expected to aid technicians and manage equipment within the service center. Job duties will include running parts for technicians, organizing the shop, cleaning units, test running equipment, along with other maintenance tasks.

Sales Representative

This position requires you to have good sales and people skills, a professional attitude and appearance. You must have computer skills, be very detail oriented and have a real desire to help customers. The ability to multi-task is crucial. Prior experience in sales is required.

Out of State Delivery Driver

The Out of State Delivery Driver position is responsible for safely delivering whole goods to the customer's delivery location in a timely manner. Deliveries will be outside the state of Missouri, so applicant must be willing to travel. Overnight stays will receive a bonus. Accommodation will be provided.
Upon delivery, the driver will demonstrate basic operating procedures of the delivered units to the customer. This position is also responsible for collecting all the necessary paperwork from customers and adhering to the delivery schedule given by the Delivery Manager. Must have, or be able to obtain Class E license.  Vehicle used for delivery is a 1 ton pickup truck and 20 foot trailer.

Shop Hands

This position has many responsibilities including, but not limited to:  Assisting customers with loading & unloading equipment, assembling of new units, pick-ups and deliveries, maintaining indoor/outdoor displays, assisting technicians and maintaining cleanliness throughout the building.

Candidate must be highly motivated, have a great attitude, be a team player, be mechanically inclined, have good people skills and a clean driving record.

A working knowledge of lawn care equipment and basic computer skills a must. Forklift experience a plus as well as being able to handle competing priorities.

There is room for advancement from this position into other areas of our company!

All positions have vacation pay and retirement IRA company match of 3% of your gross pay is available after one year.
