I just wanted to take a minute to say thanks to the guys at Caldwell Outdoor Equipment in Desoto MO. They went out of there way to help me yesterday.  It is not often that you can go into a business these days and have everyone willing to work with you the way they did. They are the type of guys that will really actually shack your hand with a real hand shake and want your business and stick with a deal. Last week I was at another dealer that I made a deal with on the phone and after driving there they raised the price. I am not someone that gets on the computer and gives my 2 cents, but these guys went out of there way.  I bought a new Ferris 3200 haven't had the chance to use it yet but after doing all the research It was my pick.  Thanks guys, Ernie

I have been a customer of Caldwell Outdoor Equipment for several years, and have bought equipment from them, as well as utilized their lawn care and snow removal services. I've always been impressed with the owner's knowledge and kindness. When you walk in the door, you get a feeling of professionalism, and the team there handle are friendly and knowledgable. On one occasion, I had a concern about some landscape drain piping that had been disturbed by the lawn care team. When I called to mention it, the company offered to come promptly and rectify the situation. That's the kind of quality I like and find at Caldwell.
