General Manager

Qualifications:
- Must have strong character

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with POS systems, online parts lookup, and basic accounting.

Experience Required: Minimum of five or more years of management experience in a retail environment and excellent mechanical aptitude, preferably in one of the following industries: agricultural equipment, motor vehicle industry, outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, construction equipment and machinery, small engine and accessories.

Responsibilities and Primary Duties:
- Manage hiring, terminations, and staff development.
- Conduct department meetings to address performance, concerns, and goals.
- Conduct regular company-wide meetings
- Drive departments to meet annual revenue and expense targets set by the CFO.
- Advance overall profitability by increasing revenue, reducing costs, and improving efficiencies.
- Ensure adherence to company policies across all departments.
- Manage users and access levels in various software programs used in the dealership.
- Directly oversee wholegood purchasing, maintaining healthy inventory levels.
- Run numbers and process earned staff bonuses.
- Collaborate with the Owner and CFO for future growth opportunities


Equipment Specialist 

The Equipment Specialist position is a sales position that does not require prior sales experience.   Applicants should be organized, outgoing, friendly and possess a genuine desire to help customers. Excellent people skills coupled with a professional attitude and appearance are a must. Due to the fast-paced nature of this position, the ability to multi-task is crucial. Solid computer skills are also required.

Compensation: Commissioned based.  There’s no cap on how much you can earn!

Parts Manager

The Parts and Accessory Manager is responsible for all aspects of running a profitable and well-organized department. This includes but is not limited to profitability, inventory control, organization, and staff scheduling.

General Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years parts management experience in a retail environment and excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of 2 and 4-cycle engines is required.
• Knows Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Familiar with POS systems & online parts lookups, adequate product knowledge and understand pricing & Gross Profit Margin.
• Must be willing to work longer hours and Saturdays as required to meet seasonal customer demands.
• Able to Lift and handle heavy loads up to 85 lbs. plus work outdoors and indoors in all weather.

Service Manager

General Requirements:

• Five or more years of engine/equipment diagnosis and repair with a track record of success, preferably in one of the following industries: agricultural equipment, motor vehicle industry, outdoor power equipment, recreational vehicles, construction equipment and machinery, small engine and accessories. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to work a normal 40 hours per week, and longer hours, as required, to meet customer demands.
• Able to lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs., and work outdoors and indoors in all weather.

Target Responsibilities:

• Monitor service technician’s monthly goals in order to maintain an appropriate level of professional service.
• Coach each service technician to improve his performance and safety, and enhance his technical skills.
• Oversee the appearance and organization of the service department, and the associated outside areas to communicate professionalism of the service technicians and commitment to the excellence of the dealership.
• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience with the service department and the dealership.

Shop Hand

This position has many responsibilities including, but not limited to: Assisting customers with loading & unloading equipment, moving/operating outdoor equipment, power washing mowers, assisting technicians, sharpening blades, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the building.
Candidate must be highly motivated, have a great attitude, be a team player & have good people skills. Forklift experience is a plus.
There is room for advancement from this position into other areas of our company!

Parts Associate

The Parts Associate is responsible for helping to maintain efficiency in the ordering of parts, as well as consistent communication with Parts customers. This includes but is not limited to quickly and efficiently going through Parts Need Review, updating customers about their current order status and assisting as needed in other aspects of the Parts department.

General Requirements
• Receive and stock parts.
• Know and use manufacturers programs for parts lookups.
• Continually demonstrate excellent communication skills for answering phone and customer services. Help with counter and phone customers.
• Excellent computer skills for daily communication, organization, etc.
• Must be able to lift and handle heavy loads up to 80 lbs.

Parts Associate

The Parts Counter Sales person is a very important member of our high-achieving team! You are the person to welcome our customers and help them find the parts they need for their equipment. You also fill parts orders required by our fast-paced service department. It is a very rewarding customer service and team support role. Grow with us. Opportunity for advancement! Performance-based bonuses are paid on top of base pay!

General Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs
Must continually demonstrate excellent communication skills for answering phones and customer service.
Must have excellent computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
Must have organization skills

Service Writer

The Service Writer is responsible for writing detailed repair orders (RO) for customers by listing concerns, problems, describing symptoms, and selling service packages. The Service Writer will also be expected to prepare estimates, communicate RO progress with customers, and work with the service team to meet customer's expectations. Due to the fast-paced nature of this position, the ability to multi-task is crucial. Solid computer skills are also required.

Technician / Mechanic

Full time small engine technician/ mechanic must have experience in small engine repair.

Hourly pay with bonus incentives (for performance) award the best mechanics with really great pay!  Bonuses are very achievable.

4. Any work you are asked to do that is not related to a repair is not counted against your efficiency

Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator is a fast-paced position requiring strong time management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities. The Service Coordinator plays a key role in managing the flow of the service department.  Main duties include aiding technicians and managing the equipment within the service center.  The Service Coordinator will be assisting technicians by providing parts, organizing the shop, and test running equipment along with other critical maintenance tasks. 

General Requirements
- Must continually be able to lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs.
- Must have good eyesight (correctable to 20/20).

Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 a year

Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator plays a critical role in making our service shop productive.  Our technicians rely on the coordinator to keep them stacked with repair/service jobs.  A good coordinator is respected by the whole service department, as they make the entire team able to produce and earn the top-tier performance bonuses. If you love being hands on with the equipment, organizing and being a part of a great team, this fast-paced position is for you! 
There are several advancement opportunities in this role as you learn about the equipment and how we do things at our dealership!
Because of our wildly successful pre-paid mower service plan, and snow equipment installations, our workload is consistent year round!

Service / Parts Counterperson

The Service/Parts Counterperson will work directly with the parts department and service department and is responsible for learning all aspects of the parts department. Duties include answering phones, looking up parts for customers, filling and placing orders, shipping and receiving parts, stocking and running parts to mechanics. This position will assist in organizing parts for maximum efficiency, inventory prep. & inventory counts along with minimizing shrink as well.
Customer service, organization, computer skills, and time management attributes are required. You must be very detail oriented and have a real desire to help people.
People skills, a professional attitude/appearance and the ability to multi-task are all crucial!
